Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of 1D3R, the Discord bot and the dashboard at dashboard.1d3r.com, run by 1D3R Gaming ("we", "us"). By adding the bot to a server, using it, or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Discord's rules come first
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If something here conflicts with them, Discord's rules apply.
2. The service
The bot offers support tickets, moderation, server protection (1DShield), a shop for selling in your server (1DShop), giveaways (1DDrop), polls (1DVote), applications, leveling, insights and other tools, some of them powered by AI. Some features are part of a paid Premium plan. While the bot is in testing, Premium features may be free for everyone. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. If you run a server
- Only add the bot to servers you manage or have permission to set it up in.
- Tell your members about features that collect their information, especially voice recording, ticket transcripts and AI replies. Some places require everyone's consent before a conversation is recorded; following those laws is your responsibility.
- Give dashboard access only to people you trust. You're responsible for what your staff do with the bot.
- Don't set the bot up to collect information it doesn't need, such as passwords or payment details.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the bot or the dashboard to:
- harass, threaten, spam or harm anyone, or break the law;
- create or share illegal or harmful content, including through the AI features;
- get around limits, access data you aren't allowed to see, or interfere with the service, for example by overloading it or probing for weaknesses;
- sell anything illegal or against Discord's rules through 1DShop, or use it to scam or mislead buyers;
- run giveaways or polls you know are rigged, or giveaways for prizes you don't intend to give;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the bot.
5. AI features
AI replies, summaries, transcripts and pre-screening can be wrong or incomplete. They aren't professional advice, and staff should check anything important before relying on it. To keep the service sustainable, we may limit or pause AI features for a server, for example when it reaches a usage cap. A server owner can turn off every AI feature for their server at once on the dashboard's Settings page.
6. Selling with 1DShop
- The sale is between the buyer and the seller. 1DShop gives sellers tools to list products, take orders in purchase tickets and keep records. Buyers pay sellers directly, through payment links the seller sets up. We never handle the money, and we aren't a party to the sale.
- Sellers are responsible for what they sell: the product, its description and price, delivering it, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and any receipts the law requires. They must follow the law, Discord's rules on selling, and the terms of the payment services they use.
- Prices and discounts are set by the seller. That includes sales, discount codes and role discounts, and how they combine. The price shown when a buyer presses Complete purchase is the price for that order.
- Problems with an order go to the seller, in the purchase ticket or the seller's server. We can't refund payments or settle disputes between buyers and sellers. Report a seller who breaks these terms to us.
7. Giveaways and polls
- 1DDrop picks and announces winners. It doesn't provide or deliver prizes. The server running a giveaway is responsible for the prize, for handing it over, and for following the rules on giveaways and contests where it and its members are, for example not requiring a purchase to enter.
- Polls (1DVote) count the votes cast through the bot, using the settings the server's staff choose, such as who can vote and how much each role's vote counts. Results are informal and aren't an official or binding vote.
8. Server protection (1DShield)
1DShield works to stop someone damaging a server, using the limits and actions the server chooses. It can remove roles from, or ban, anyone who goes over a limit, staff included, unless the server has marked them as trusted. It can't catch everything, and rebuilding can't always restore everything exactly as it was, for example messages in deleted channels. Server owners are responsible for choosing its settings, and should keep their own records of anything important.
9. Premium plans
When paid plans are available, they'll be sold through Discord's subscription system, and Discord's terms cover billing, renewals and refunds. Trials end automatically on the date shown. If Premium ends, Premium features turn off, and information saved while you had them is kept as described in the Privacy Policy. We may change prices or what Premium includes, and we'll give notice before changes affect an existing subscription.
10. Your content
You and your members keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the bot and the dashboard for your server.
11. Availability
We work to keep the bot online, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend the bot, or remove it from a server, if these terms are broken, if a server puts the service or other people at risk, or if the law requires it.
12. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
13. Ending things
You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server. You can ask us to delete your server's data as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms continue to apply to anything that happened while you used the service.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, except where the law of the place you live says otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll post a notice in our Discord server or the dashboard. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
