Ticket transcript hotfix
Ticket transcripts now use the per ticket transcript channel as source of truth.
Hot Fix
- Fixed an issue where the default ticket transcript channel would override per ticket type transcript channels. The bot now uses the per ticket type as the source of truth
- Updated site documentation for the above fix
