Meet 1DPurge: a trap channel for spam bots
Pick a channel nobody should post in. Anyone who does is kicked, banned or timed out automatically, and a warning in the channel counts everyone caught.

Spam bots and hacked accounts post the same message in every channel they can see. 1DPurge turns that against them: choose a channel nobody has a reason to post in, and anyone who does is caught.
How it works
- The bot posts a warning in the channel telling members not to post there, and what happens if they do.
- When someone posts anyway, their message is deleted and they're kicked with their recent messages deleted, banned, kicked or timed out. You choose.
- The warning shows how many people have been caught, and the count goes up by itself.
- Your staff get an alert with what they wrote, their account age and a Member history button.
Staff, moderators, the server owner and bots are never caught, so your team can still post there. Not sure yet? Pick Only alert staff to see who it would catch before turning it on properly.
Set it up
- Create a channel like
#do-not-postnear the top of your list, where @everyone can see it and post. - In the dashboard, open 1DPurge (under Safety), choose the channel and what happens.
- Press Save 1DPurge. The warning goes up straight away.
