Get help from the 1D3R team, right from your dashboard
You no longer need to be in our Discord to get help. There are three ways to open a ticket with the 1D3R team:
- Your dashboard: open 1D3R support under Settings. Your ticket includes your server's plan, its size and any setup problems we've spotted, so you don't have to explain them.
- The help page: go to 1d3r.com/support if you can't get into the dashboard or haven't added the bot yet. Sign in with Discord or an email link.
- The chat bubble on 1d3r.com: leave your email and a message.
Before you send a ticket, we show any guide that already covers your question. Replies show up on the page by themselves. If you're in the 1D3R support server, you can also reply in your ticket channel there. How it works
Let us look at your settings, without a Discord role
Server owners can now let the 1D3R team into chosen parts of the dashboard for 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days. Go to Settings → Dashboard access → 1D3R support access, tick the sections and pick how long. Access ends by itself, and every change we make shows in your Audit log, marked (1D3R support). 1DShop
/shopreview: reviews for commissions
Sell custom work outside the shop? Staff can now ask a buyer for a review with /shopreview member item send_to.
- The buyer gets star buttons by DM. If their DMs are closed, the request is posted in the channel instead.
- They fill in what they bought and how it was.
- The review is posted in your review channel and shows in the dashboard's Reviews tab as a commission.
- Each request works once and expires after 30 days.
Launch: put up a whole shop at once
Setting up a big shop? On the Products tab, press Hold posts for a launch, then add and post your products like normal. Nothing goes to Discord yet. When everything's ready, press Go live now, and every listing posts in one go. It's paced to stay within Discord's limits, with a progress bar you can leave running. Launching a lot of products
Transaction fees
You can add a fee to any payment option, like +$2.00 for PayPal. It can be a flat amount, a percent, or both (3.5% + $0.30). Buyers see the fee before they pay. It's off until you turn it on in Settings → How buyers pay you. Transaction fees
Shop hours and /shopdelay
- Shop hours: set when your staff are usually around. Buyers who pay outside those hours are told it may take a little longer, and when you'll be back.
/shopdelay: away for a few hours or a day? Turn on a delay notice with your own message. It ends by itself.
Nothing shows until a buyer presses I've paid, so it never puts anyone off buying. Shop hours and delay notices
Google Drive delivery
A product can now deliver a Google Drive link instead of a download channel. Buyers get an Open in Google Drive button, and only once their payment is confirmed.
For files set to Restricted, tick Buyers request access. The buyer presses I've requested access and types their email. Your staff get an Access given button for it.
Applications
- Yes/no questions: a plain "Yes" or "No" is no longer flagged as low effort. Questions that ask for more ("If so, why?") still are.
- New "likely pasted" note: if a long answer arrives faster than anyone could type it, reviewers see a short note about that answer. It's only there to say "read this one closely", not a reason to deny. Applications
Fixes
- Level-up messages, giveaways and polls could post two or three times. They now post once.
Tip: Questions about any of this? Open a ticket from 1D3R support in your dashboard.
