Three ways to vote

Members can change their vote until the poll closes (or not, if you'd rather), and My vote shows what they picked.

Pick one

A button for each choice, up to 10, or a menu for more. Pressing it again takes the vote back.

Pick several

A menu where members tick as many as you allow, like "pick up to 3 maps".

Ranked Premium

Members pick a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice. Fair for elections with lots of candidates.

Ranked choice

The most-liked choice wins.

If no choice has more than half of the first choices, the one with the fewest is knocked out and those votes move to each person's next pick. That repeats until one has more than half. The dashboard shows every round, so everyone can see how it was decided.

Step through the rounds: Friday leads on first choices, but Saturday wins.

Questions about polls

Can members change their vote?

Yes, until the poll closes. You can turn that off. Pressing the same button again takes their vote back.

Can staff see who voted for what?

On a normal poll, yes, on the dashboard. On an anonymous poll, no: only the totals, on the dashboard and in the export.

Who can make polls?

On the dashboard, anyone with access to 1DVote. In Discord, anyone with Manage Server, plus any Poll makers roles. You can also let every member make quick polls with /poll create.

Can I limit who votes?

Yes. Pick roles, and anyone else gets a clear message saying who can vote.
