Tickets & AI support

Support that answers itself.

Every member gets a private ticket with your team. An AI assistant answers first, from your own FAQ and the tickets you've already solved, and hands off to staff the moment a person is needed.

Tickets and the AI assistant are free. Premium adds web transcripts and ratings.

How a ticket runs

Members never DM your staff or wait in a public channel. Everything happens in a private channel only they and your team can see.

  1. Pick a type

From the panel. Each type can go to different staff and start with its own message.

  2. A private channel opens

Only the member and the staff for that type can see it.

  3. The assistant answers

From your FAQ and solved tickets, in your style.

  4. Staff step in

Claim it, add people, or ask to close. The assistant steps back.

  5. Close and learn

A log, an AI summary and a transcript, plus a summary the assistant can learn from.

The knowledge loop

Every solved ticket makes it smarter.

When a ticket closes, the bot writes a short summary of the problem and the fix. Your staff approve it, and the assistant can use it the next time someone asks. Nothing is learned until a person says yes.

  • Your facts win. The assistant answers from your server's knowledge before anything else, and can be set to answer only from it.
  • Bring what you've already written. Upload your rules and guides as TXT, Markdown or PDF files, or a whole zip.
  • Staff stay in control. Approve, keep out, or delete every summary. Edit them on the dashboard any time.

A ticket type for everything.

New servers start with General Question, Support, Ban Appeal, Report a Bug and Referral. Change them, turn them off, or add your own.

Channel names

Like appeal-{userId}, so tickets are easy to find.

Ticket limits

How many one member can have open, overall or per type.

AI helper on or off

Live panel stats

Queue, response and resolution times on the panel.

AI you can leave running.

Two profiles, one for tickets and one for when members mention the bot, each with its own style: Strict & Professional, Friendly & Balanced, Funny & Loose, or your own instructions.

The assistant does

  • Answer from your knowledge: your FAQ, uploaded guides and approved tickets.
  • Step back when staff write in a ticket, and say so.
  • Hand off on your words, like "human please", pinging the role you pick.
  • Reply only to a direct @mention outside tickets, never to @everyone or a role ping.

It never

  • Pings anyone. No @everyone, @here, roles or users, whatever it's told.
  • Lets instructions override its safety rules.
  • Answers in ticket types with AI helper off.
  • Runs when you switch AI off. One switch in Settings turns off every AI feature, and nothing is sent to the AI provider.

Tools your staff will use.

Claim

Take a ticket with a button or /claim. While it's claimed, only you and the member can talk. Unclaim or transfer it any time.

Ask to close

/closerequest gives the member Accept Close and Keep Open. No answer in time, and it closes by itself.

Close with a record

A close log with an AI summary of the problem and the fix, and the transcript, in that type's log channel.

Free to support. Premium to measure it.

Questions support teams ask

Will the assistant make things up?

Set FAQ and knowledge usage to Required and it only answers from your server's knowledge. When it has no answer, it says what you tell it to and hands off.

Can members always reach a person?

Yes. Add hand-off words like "speak to staff", and the assistant also hands off by itself when your knowledge says something needs staff. As soon as staff write, it steps back.

Can I keep the AI out of some tickets?

Yes. Switch off AI helper on any ticket type, like ban appeals, or turn off all AI for the server in Settings.

What happens when a ticket closes?

The bot saves a transcript (if that type has transcripts on), posts a close log with an AI summary, posts a knowledge base summary for staff to approve, and deletes the channel.

Do I need Premium for transcripts?

No. Every plan can save a transcript file. Premium adds web transcripts your staff can read on the dashboard, with pictures kept even after Discord's links expire.
