Premium and Premium codes

Most of 1D3R is free: tickets, the support assistant, moderation, AutoMod, leveling, applications, reaction roles, welcome messages, custom commands and more. Premium adds tools for servers that run on their staff team, and removes the free-plan limits.

What Premium includes

Ticket ratings and staff performance: members rate their ticket; see who handles the most, replies fastest and gets the best ratings.
Web ticket transcripts: every closed ticket as a web page your staff can search, with an AI summary.
Voice recordings: record a voice channel, then get a transcript and AI meeting notes. Recordings are kept for 6 months.
Server insights: growth, activity, busy hours, and a weekly report in Discord.
AI application pre-screening: a neutral summary and any red flags on each application.
Full member history: every warning, ticket and application for a member with no 30-day limit, private staff notes, and an export.
Custom branding: give the bot its own name, avatar, banner and bio in your server.
1DDrop extras: bonus entries for roles like Server Boosters, giveaways that start later or repeat, a time limit for winners to claim, an entrant export, and up to 50 giveaways at once (3 on the free plan). See 1DDrop.
1DVote extras: up to 25 choices (10 on the free plan), ranked choice, weighted votes, a results image, a CSV export, and up to 50 polls at once (3 on the free plan). See 1DVote.
1DShield restore: daily snapshots of your roles and channels, and one click to rebuild everything a nuke deleted, with members given their roles back. 1DShield's live protection is free. See 1DShield.
1DShop extras: store-wide sales (a percent off everything, with products left out, for a set time or until you turn it off), up to 200 products (5 on the free plan), 25 roles and download channels per product, discount codes, role discounts (like Server Boosters 10% off), your own logo on receipts and the shop listing, your own product categories, a sales page, a payment ledger with refunds and chargebacks, and store credit and gift cards. Profile card designer: six extra card themes (Neon Arcade, Sakura, Gold Luxe, Count Legend, Holo, Arena), and a designer to move, restyle and add anything on your members' cards. See Profile cards.
No limits on applications: as many forms and application panels as you like. The free plan includes 3 forms and 1 panel.

Get Premium

Open Premium in the dashboard sidebar and press Get Premium in Discord. Discord handles the payment. Anyone with Manage Server can subscribe for the server.

To manage or cancel, go to Discord User Settings → Subscriptions.

Premium Supporter role

Whoever subscribes gets the Premium Supporter role in the 1D3R support server. Join the support server with the same Discord account you subscribed with and the role is added automatically. If you're already there, it appears within a few minutes. It's removed if the subscription ends.

Redeem a code

Got a Premium code from the 1D3R team, a giveaway or a partner? Codes look like 7KQM-X2PD-H9WT.

Open Premium in the dashboard sidebar.
Under Redeem a code, type or paste it. Capitals and dashes don't matter.
Press Redeem.

Premium turns on straight away. The page shows how long it lasts, or lifetime.

The server owner, Administrators and anyone with Settings access on the dashboard can redeem a code.
A code only works on a server that doesn't already have Premium. If yours does, the code isn't used, so keep it for later or pass it on.
Each server can use a code once. Some codes are for one server only, and some stop working after a date.
After too many wrong tries, wait an hour before trying again.

When Premium ends

The server owner can get a reminder DM two days before a trial or a code’s Premium ends. After that, Premium features pause. Your recordings, transcripts, settings and applications stay, and come back when Premium does. (Recordings are still deleted 6 months after they were made.)
