1DShop storefront
Your shop as its own web page, with checkout, a slideshow, categories, New, Popular and Reviews pages, and your own look.
Premium: The storefront is part of Premium. Without it, your store link says the store isn't open right now, and the settings are locked.
The storefront turns your 1DShop into a web page at 1d3r.com/shop/your-name. It uses the products and panels you already have, so there's nothing to add twice. Buyers sign in with Discord, fill the same cart they have in your server, and check out on the page. They land in their purchase ticket with the payment details already posted, and pay you directly like any other order.
Set it up at Dashboard → 1DShop → Storefront. The preview on the right follows your changes as you make them, and Open my store opens the real page.
Turn it on
- Under Your store, tick Turn on your storefront.
- Pick your Store link: letters, numbers and dashes, like
night-customs. Changing it later breaks links you've already shared. Copy link copies it. - Add a Discord invite link. Buyers have to be in your server to check out, and this puts a Join our Discord button on the store. Use an invite that doesn't expire.
- Press Save.
Turning the storefront off hides the page; your shop in Discord keeps working either way. While your shop is closed (under Payments & settings), the store shows as closed too.
How buyers check out
- They press Sign in with Discord on your store. If they pressed Add to cart first, it's added once they've signed in.
- They add products to their cart. It's the same cart as in your server, so anything they added in Discord is there too.
- Continue to checkout opens the checkout page, which does everything a purchase ticket does up to paying (see the list below).
- Purchase opens their purchase ticket in your server with the payment message posted, then takes them there. On a computer it opens in the Discord app, with Open in my browser if the app isn't installed. On a phone, Discord's normal link opens the app.
On the checkout page, buyers can:
- remove items (anything they already own comes out by itself);
- add a discount code or gift card (a gift card becomes store credit straight away);
- use their store credit;
- pick how they'll pay, with each option's fee, if you use the payment menu;
- agree to your terms of sale, the same way as in Discord;
- choose Use my current ticket or Open a new one, if your purchase ticket setting lets them.
Role discounts, codes, store credit, fees and totals are worked out exactly as in Discord, and your staff confirm the payment as usual. If something stops the checkout, the ticket still opens and the page says why. Someone who isn't in your server yet is asked to join first. Members with a Can't use the shop role can't add to their cart or check out.
Look & layout
- Theme: Night, Carbon, Slate or Daylight (a light version).
- Accent color: six presets or your own. Buttons, prices, stars and the last word of your headline use it.
- Headline font: Tektur, Geist, Oswald, Space Grotesk or Playfair.
- Top of the page: Side by side (headline on the left, banner and rating on the right), Full-width banner (your banner behind the headline), Compact (a short header, products straight away) or Slideshow (see below).
- Corners (round, soft or sharp), Product photos (4:3, square or 16:9) and Products per row.
- Headline and a Line under the headline.
Slideshow
Big photos across the very top of your Home page, the first thing buyers see.
- Press + Add a slide (up to 8), or Make slides from my featured products to build them for you.
- For each slide, pick one of your product photos or upload an image. Wide photos work best, about 1600 × 600. The title and button sit at the bottom left over a dark fade, so keep the important part of the photo away from there.
- Add a title, a line of text and a button. The button can open a product, a category, a page (All products, New, Popular or Reviews) or a web link.
- Reorder slides with the arrows.
- Press Show it at the top, or pick Slideshow under Top of the page.
Under Moves on its own, choose every 4, 6 or 8 seconds, or let buyers move it themselves. It holds still while someone points at it, and never moves for people who've turned on reduced motion. Buyers can always swipe, use the arrows or dots, or pause it.
Pages & categories
Your store has a menu under the header: Home, All products, Categories, and the pages below. A page with nothing on it stays out of the menu. On a phone, the menu scrolls sideways.
- New: products added in the last 7, 14, 30 or 60 days (Counts as new for), with a New badge on their photo. A badge you pick under Highlights takes its place.
- Popular: ranked by confirmed orders in the last 90 days. It shows once something has sold. Tick Show how many have sold to put "24 sold" on product cards and pages; off keeps your numbers private.
- Reviews: every review with a comment, low ones too, with a star breakdown buyers can click to filter. Product pages show that product's own rating and reviews. Needs Show reviews on (under Home sections).
- Shop by: sort products into categories by product type (Scripts, Vehicles, MLOs & maps, Clothing & EUP, Bundles) or your own categories from the Products tab. Products outside your own categories go under Everything else.
Each category gets its own page and link, like 1d3r.com/shop/your-name/c/vehicle, that you can share in Discord. On All products, buyers can filter by category, by Works with (ESX, QBCore, Qbox…) and by Collection (your shop panels), and sort by Featured, Newest, Most popular, Top rated, Price or Name. The search box in the header filters as they type.
Home sections
Put the parts of your Home page in any order with ↑ and ↓, and hide the ones you don't want: Featured products, Shop by category, New arrivals, Popular right now, All products, About, How buying works, Reviews, Questions (FAQ) and Join our Discord. Sections with nothing in them don't show, and every product is on the All products page either way.
- Filters above the products: every panel in your panel order, or only the panels you pick. With no panels yet, the filters are your product types.
- Show your star rating, Show reviews (up to 6 recent 4 and 5 star reviews with a comment, with the buyer's first name) and Show your sale banner (when a store-wide sale is running or products are on sale).
Highlights
- Featured: a row of up to 8 products at the top, in the order you tick them, with your own title.
- Badges: put New, Best seller, Limited or Popular on a product's photo. Sale badges are added by themselves.
Branding
- Your logo, used in the header and the browser tab.
- An announcement bar: a strip in your accent color above the header on every page, with an optional link. Like New EUP pack out now.
- Up to 6 footer links.
- Make "Powered by 1DShop" smaller.
About & FAQ
An About section with your own title and text (blank lines start a new paragraph; leave it empty to hide it), and up to 12 questions shown as answers that open when clicked.
Sharing & search
- Your own page title, description (up to 160 characters) and share image for link previews. How a link looks in Discord shows the preview.
- Keep my store out of search results: Google and other search engines are asked not to list it. People with the link can still open it.
Sellers on the storefront
With sellers on, product cards show by the seller's name and product pages show Sold by. A cart with several sellers' products checks out the same way as in Discord: one purchase ticket, paid in parts.
Good to know
- Your storefront never takes payments. Purchase opens the ticket, and buyers pay you with your own payment options.
- Products, prices, photos, panels, sales and reviews come from your shop, so a change on the 1DShop page shows on the storefront too.
